Why does the error message appear in the process of login to a KEC instance?

A KEC instance is bound with an elastic IP address (EIP) in the console, but one of the following messages appears in the process of remote desktop connection:

  1. Remote access to the KEC instance is not enabled.
  2. The compute on the network is unavailable.
  3. The remote computer has been shut down. Troubleshooting method:

For a Windows KEC instance, disable the local firewall in Windows first, and then add port 3389 to an inbound security group rule. For more information about how to configure a security group, see Configure a security group.
