After a KEC instance is created, it automatically starts and enters the Running state. You can start an instance as if you were operating a local server from the console.
You can only start an instance in Stopped state.
Log in to the KEC console.
On the Instance page, select one or more KEC instances that you want to start from the instance list and then click Start above the instance list.
