Remove a KEC instance from a disaster tolerance group

If a KEC instance is removed from a disaster tolerance group, it will no longer have disaster tolerance protection. Note that KEC instances other than the General Purpose type cannot be added to a disaster tolerance group once they are removed from the group.

Procedure

1. Log in to the KEC console.
2. In the left navigation pane, click Disaster Tolerance Group.

3. In the list of disaster tolerance groups, find the target disaster tolerance group and then click Remove KEC Instance in the Operation column.

4. In the Remove KEC Instance dialog box that appears, select the KEC instance to be removed and then click Remove.
