Notice about domain name deletion

Dear customer,

Effective from November 5, 2019, Kingsoft Cloud will delete the domain names of customers who have stopped using Kingsoft Cloud Content Delivery Network (CDN) services from Kingsoft Cloud CDN.

A customer is deemed to stop using Kingsoft Cloud CDN services in, but not limit to, the following circumstances:

(1) The partnership between the customer and Kingsoft Cloud has reached termination.

(2) Kingsoft Cloud has stopped provision of Kingsoft Cloud CDN services because the customer has not paid the total amount for these services one month or more after the due date.

(3) Kingsoft Cloud has stopped provision of Kingsoft Cloud CDN services for other reasons that Kingsoft Cloud deems justified.

Kingsoft Cloud shall have the right to delete your domain names from Kingsoft Cloud CDN if you have stopped using Kingsoft Cloud CDN service. After your domain names are deleted, Kingsoft Cloud will keep your configuration data for [1] month. Kingsoft Cloud shall have the right to delete your configuration data after [1] month.

Any amounts owed by the customer prior to domain name deletion remain owed after domain name deletion. Kingsoft Cloud reserves the right to ask you to fulfill your payment obligations and hold you legally accountable.
