1. What is the KS3 billing plan?

KS3 billing is based on four dimensions: bucket space usage, downlink traffic, number of API calls, and amount of retrieved data. You will be billed according to your actual usage by default. The billing period is a natural month. For information about detailed billing rules, see KS3 price.

2. What are the minimum billing units of KS3?

KS3 uses the following minimum billing units:

  • The bucket space usage and downlink traffic are billed according to your actual usage. The minimum billing unit is GB.
  • PUT requests are billed using the unit of 10,000 times.
  • GET requests are billed using the unit of 10,000 times. For information about detailed billing rules, see KS3 pricing.
3. Is access to KS3 through the intranet free?

Yes, access to KS3 through the intranet is free. The traffic generated by downloading data from KS3 to the local end through the Internet and the traffic generated by downloading KS3 data through the CDN are charged at a fixed unit price.

4. Does KS3 supports billing a bucket separately?

You can use the billing by project feature of KS3 to bill a bucket separately. To do so, you only need to add the target bucket to a separate project. The cost of the bucket will be listed separately in the bill. For more information, see Project management.

5. Is there any charge for the KS3 picture processing API?

The picture processing API is not a billing item. However, calling the API requires the Get Object permission and calls of the Get Object interface are billed. For more information, see Picture processing.
