FAQs about creating a cluster

1. What types of instances can join a cluster?

All types of Subscription, Pay-By-Daily-Config, and Pay-As-You-Go instances can join a cluster.

2. What operating systems are supported by hosts of KCE?

Ubuntu 18.04 64-bit, Debian 8.2 64-bit, CentOS 7.6 64-bit, and CentOS 7.3 64-bit operating systems are supported. If you want to use other operating systems, submit a ticket.

3. What are the requirements for security groups in KCE?

What are the restrictions for adding nodes?

You can add only nodes in the region where your cluster resides. You can select nodes in different availability zones for cross-zone deployment.
