Click the name of a cluster to go to the cluster management page.
In the left navigation pane, choose Manage Nodes > Node. The Node page appears.
Find the node that you want to remove and click Remove Node in the Operation column.
In the dialog box that appears, select whether to delete non-subscription KEC instance and then click OK. If you delete a non-subscription KEC instance, the data on its system disk and data disks is deleted and cannot be recovered. Exercise caution when you perform this operation.
Usage notes
Subscription KEC instances and EPC instances are only removed from the cluster but not deleted.
When a node is in the Deleting state, you can click Force Remove Node to forcibly remove the node.
If you remove a Pay-As-You-Go instance from a cluster but does not delete the instance, Kingsoft Cloud continues to charge you for the instance.
If an instance has been added to a KCE cluster, we recommend that you do not directly delete the instance in the KEC console.
