This topic describes how to purchase Kingsoft Cloud products and manage orders.

Purchase Kingsoft Cloud products

  1. Go to the Kingsoft Cloud homepage. In the product list, find the product that you want to purchase, such as Kingsoft Cloud Elastic Compute (KEC).

  2. Click the product name to go to the product page. Then, click Buy Now to go to the product configuration page.

  3. Specify product configurations based on your demands.

  4. Check the server information, click Buy Now, and then pay for the order.

  5. After the payment is complete, go to the Order Management page to view the purchased product.

Manage orders

  1. Log in to the Billing Center console.

  2. In the left navigation pane, click Order Management.

  3. On the Order Management page, query orders by time, product name, order type, order status, project, or instance ID. To download the queried orders, click the Download icon in the right of the search area. image.png

  4. Click Details in the Operation column of an order to view the order details. The order details page that appears displays the payment status, creation time, payment time, configurations, and payment information.

  5. Order statuses include payed, cancel, and unpay. You can pay for or cancel unpaid orders. If you do not pay for an order in 24 hours after it is created, it will be automatically canceled.
