Monthly statements

The monthly statement for a month is generated at the beginning of the next month. A monthly statement summarizes all the consumption data of a registered account (UID) in the current bill month and displays the current payable and payment settlement information. The consumption data in the monthly statement summarizes all prepaid orders, Pay-As-You-Go bills, refunds, and bill adjustment in the debit record (DR) direction of the month.

Scenarios

If you want to view the settlement status of your monthly statements, go to the Monthly Statement page. On this page, you can view the settlement data of each monthly statement, such as the current bill total, current refund, and outstanding amount. If the outstanding amount is not equal to 0, you must recharge your account to pay for the amount.

Monthly statement structure

Current bill (original price) total Current bill (after discount) total Current refund Current adjustment Outstanding amount
The original total amount for the current bill month, including the bill amount of all prepaid, Pay-As-You-Go, and postpaid products. The total amount for the current bill month after discount, including the bill amount of all prepaid, Pay-As-You-Go, and postpaid products. The amount refunded for a prepaid product. The amount adjusted for the bill amount. A plus sign (+) indicates adjustment in the DR direction. A minus sign (-) indicates adjustment in the credit record (CR) direction. The amount that requires cash payment after the deduction from other available account assets.

On the page that appears, you can view the basic information of the monthly statement and the payment settlement information. In the lower part of the page, you can switch between tabs to view various consumption data. The following tabs are provided:

  • Prepaid: This tab displays all orders that are created in the current bill month and in the payed state. To view the details of an order, click Details.
  • Postpaid: This tab displays the postpaid bills in the current bill month. To view the details of a bill, click Details.
  • Real-time payment: This tab displays Pay-As-You-Go bills in the current bill month. To view the details of a bill, click Details.
  • Reimburse: This tab displays the refunds of prepaid bills in the current bill month. The refund types include gift balance refunds, voucher refunds, and cash refunds. To view the details of a refund type, click Details.
  • Adjustment: This tab displays the adjustment records of postpaid bills in the current bill month. To view the details of an adjustment record, click Details.
