The monthly statement for a month is generated at the beginning of the next month.
A monthly statement summarizes all the consumption data of a registered account (UID) in the current bill month and displays the current payable and payment settlement information. The consumption data in the monthly statement summarizes all prepaid orders, Pay-As-You-Go bills, refunds, and bill adjustment in the debit record (DR) direction of the month.
If you want to view the settlement status of your monthly statements, go to the Monthly Statement page. On this page, you can view the settlement data of each monthly statement, such as the current bill total, current refund, and outstanding amount. If the outstanding amount is not equal to 0, you must recharge your account to pay for the amount.
