If your invoice title or invoice address changed, you can modify the submitted and approved invoice information.
Notes
Currently, you cannot directly modify invoice information in the console. Call the customer service hotline for assistance.
Procedure
- Contact customer service by calling 400-028-9900 and ask them to reset the invoice information.
- Submit a new invoice title or invoice address.
(1) Log in to the Billing Center console.
(2) In the left navigation pane, click Invoice Management. The Invoice Management page appears.
(3) Click Modify invoice information. In the dialog box that appears, enter the required information, and click OK.
(4) Click Modify invoice address. In the dialog box that appears, enter the required information, and click OK.
