Grant permissions to an IAM user

This topic describes how to grant an IAM user permissions to access the corresponding Kingsoft Cloud resources.

Method 1: Grant permissions to an IAM user on the Subusers page

1. Log in to the IAM console.
2. In the left navigation pane, choose Identities > Subusers. The Subusers page appears.
3. Find the target IAM user and click Add Permissions in the Actions column.
4. In the Add Permissions panel, select one or more policies.
5. Click OK.

Method 2: Grant permissions to an IAM user on the Grants page

1. Log in to the IAM console.
2. In the left navigation pane, choose Permissions > Grants. The Grants page appears.
3. Click Grant Permission.
4. In the Add Permissions panel, select the target IAM user and one or more policies.
5. Click OK.

Method 3: Grant permissions to an IAM user on the Policies page

1. Log in to the IAM console.
2. In the left navigation pane, choose Permissions > Policies. The Policies page appears.
3. Find the target policy and click Associated object in the Actions column.
4. In the Associated object panel, select the target IAM user.
5. Click OK.
