(a) The price unit is USD/Video or USD/Image in no-reference mode, and USD/Set in full-reference mode.
(b) The evaluation modes include no-reference evaluation and full-reference evaluation. No-reference evaluation: Samples are evaluated without using any reference samples. Full-reference evaluation: Samples are evaluated based on the comparison with reference samples.
(c) KQoE can evaluate videos and images from multiple dimensions, such as overall subjective image quality, collection noise, and blocking artifact.
(d) Samples of different durations in a set of evaluation tasks will be cumulatively charged: Price of KQoE manual evaluation service = (Unit price of samples that are no longer than 5s × Number of such samples + Unit price of samples within 6s–10s × Number of such samples + Unit price of samples within 11s–30s × Number of such samples + Unit price of samples within 31s–300s × Number of such samples + Unit price of samples that are longer than 300s × Number of such samples) × Number of evaluators.
(e) Example: Assume that you need 50 evaluators to evaluate the image quality of 100 short videos of 6s–10s in no-reference mode based on the following dimensions: subjective image quality, human face, blur, noise, brightness, and color. The evaluation price is: Price of manual evaluation = 100 videos × USD 0.3/video x 50 evaluators = USD 1500.
