This topic describes how to create an SLB instance.
Click Create SLB.
If you set the Network Type parameter to Private Network, click Buy Now and Submit Order in sequence. If you set the Network Type parameter to Public Network, click Next: Bind EIP, bind the SLB instance to an EIP, and then click Next: Confirm Configuration. You can purchase and bind a new EIP, bind an existing EIP, or choose not to bind an EIP. Note: If you do not bind an EIP, the SLB instance does not distribute traffic for load balancing.
