You can change the recipient of the alarm message as follows.
Log in to the Cloud Monitor console, and choose Alarm Service > Alarm Policy in the left navigation pane.
Select the specified policy from the alarm policy list and click the policy name to enter the Details page.
Click Manage Alarm Recipient to add or delete the recipient.
