How can I deal with the ActiveX control error reported by the browser?

Last updated:2020-07-17 11:22:55

The “Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer” error is caused by an ActiveX control error in a program. An implementation of the ISafeobject interface is missing in the ActiveX control. Because the ActiveX control is not marked as script safe but the options for initializing and script running are disabled for ActiveX controls that are not marked as safe in the default security level settings of IE, a safety error is reported at runtime. To eliminate the error message, you must add a script-safe sign on the control.
