This document describes how to download a certificate from the KCM console.

Prerequisites

  1. You have obtained the account and password to log in to the Kingsoft Cloud console.
  2. The certificate to be downloaded is in the Issued or Issued(Re-issue) state.

Constrains

  1. You can download a certificate only within seven days after the certificate is issued.
  2. If you select System generates CSR during completing the certificate request, the certificate package contains the following files:

  • .key file: Private key file.
  • .pem file: Certificate file (Apache and NGINX).
  • .pfx file: A binary file that contains the certificate and the private key. This file is typically protected by using a password. The certificate password is provided in the downloaded file named passwd.txt.
  1. If you select Auto generate CSR during completing the certificate request, the certificate package contains only one file, which is a .pem file.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the KCM console.
  2. Find the certificate to be downloaded and then click Download in the corresponding Operation column.
  3. In the dialog box that appears, click Click to Download.
  4. After the certificate is downloaded, install the certificate on the corresponding server. For more information, see Install a certificate.
