Remote login

An EPC instance bound with a public IP address supports remote login.

This topic uses XShell 6 as an example.

Procedure

1. Choose File > New in the upper-left corner of XShell.

2. In the New Session Properties window, enter the public IP address of the EPC instance and then click OK.

3. In the left navigation pane, click Connection > Authentication, and set the authentication information based on the authentication type. In this example, the default user root is used.

   • For the login with a password, select Password and enter the password.

   • For the login with an SSH key, select Public Key, and then click Browse to import an SSH key.

4. Click OK.
