Inspection alert management

Kingsoft Cloud provides the alert service for EPC hardware. The service allows you to quickly obtain information about hardware errors discovered in inspections, which helps ensure the stable, healthy operation of EPC instances. You can perform the following steps to configure the push methods and recipients of alert messages:

Step 1: Go to Message Center

Go to Message Center.

Step 2: Go to the Message Settings page

In the left navigation pane, click Msg reception manage to go to the Message Settings page.

Step 3: Configure message settings

1. Find Ksyun IDC Inspection error message under Fault.
2. Click Edit in the Contact column to set message recipients.
3. Select one or more of the following message push methods: Message, Email, and SMS. After you complete the configuration, the alert messages will be pushed to you in the specified methods.
