Connect to a container

This topic describes how to connect a KCI pod to a container to run related commands to perform operations.

Prerequisites

The KCI pod is in the Running state.

Procedure

1. Log in to the KCI console.
2. On the Pod List page, click the name of the target KCI pod. The Instance Detail page appears.
3. Click the Connect to Container tab. In the Container Name drop-down list, select the container to which you want to connect.
4. Select a command type in the Execution Commands section and click Connect.

   Note: In addition to the /bin/sh and /bin/bash commands, you can also select Custom and enter a custom command for connection as required.
