Set the number of vCPUs

Last updated:2021-01-04 19:30:34

You can adjust the number of vCPUs as needed to make full use of host computing resources.

During the process of creating a dedicated host, hyper-threading is enabled by default. With overcommitment, one vCPU can appear as up to three vCPUs.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the KDH console.

  2. On the Dedicated Host page, select one or more dedicated hosts for which you want to set the number of vCPUs, and then choose More > Set Number of vCPUs above the list.

  3. In the Set Number of vCPUs dialog box that appears, set the number of vCPUs and then click OK.
