Expiration policy

The expiration policy is only applicable to dedicated hosts of the Subscription billing mode. The Kingsoft Cloud system will send you alerts by email and SMS seven days, three days, and one day before the expiration date of your dedicated host.

Within seven days after the expiration, new KEC instances cannot be created on the dedicated host, and existing dedicated KEC instances on the dedicated host will be stopped. After the service is renewed, you can continue to use the service.

The system will release resources if the service is not renewed within seven days after the expiration. All dedicated KEC instances on the dedicated host will be released and then the dedicated host is released. Local disk data associated with the dedicated KEC instances will be cleared and cannot be recovered.
