Starting from seven days before a Subscription instance expires, Kingsoft Cloud sends an expiration notification every other day to the creator of the Kingsoft Cloud account and all collaborators in emails and text messages.
On the date on which a Subscription instance expires and every other day, Kingsoft Cloud sends an overdue reminder to the creator of the Kingsoft Cloud account in emails and text messages.
Kingsoft Cloud sends you notifications starting from seven days before a Subscription instance expires.
When the instance expires, it enters the Locked state, stops accepting writes, and provides only the read service. When this happens, Kingsoft Cloud sends you overdue remainders. You must renew your instance in a timely manner.
A high availability instance is deleted 15 days after the expiration date. A temporary instance or a read-only instance is deleted one day after the expiration date. A standalone instance is deleted seven days after the expiration date. After an instance is deleted, Kingsoft Cloud reclaims its resources. The data in the instance is erased and cannot be recovered.
When the payment for a Pay-As-You-Go instance is 2 hours overdue, it enters the Locked state, stops accepting writes, and provides only the read service. This applies to all types of Pay-As-You-Go instances. A Pay-As-You-Go instance is deleted when its payment is overdue for 24 hours. After the instance is deleted, Kingsoft Cloud reclaims its resources. The data in the instance is erased and cannot be recovered. When an instance is locked, it stops providing services, but the billing continues. When the recycling policy is triggered, the billing stops. If you top up your account to a balance greater than 0, the instance is unlocked and usable again.
