The Elastic Physical Compute console allows you to submit trouble tickets to get help quickly.

Target customers

All Kingsoft Cloud customers.

Released features

You can submit trouble tickets through the console for specified resources and select the failure type, such as network, hard disk, memory, and network card. The service team will respond quickly, complete feedback on the failure, and display the results in the trouble ticket system of the console in real time. Trouble ticket system provides real-time communication, synchronization, and solution to ensure the stability, reliability and security of Elastic Physical Compute resources.
