After you create a peering connection in the Peering console, the system automatically adds route information of the peering connection to the route tables of the corresponding VPCs. To view the route information of the created peering connection, perform the following steps:
Log in to the VPC console and go to the Route page. By default, the route information of all the VPCs is displayed.
Select the corresponding VPC by the name and CIDR block from the Network drop-down list and view the route information. By default, corresponding routing rules are automatically created after a peering connection is established.
Note: If you have created a peering connection but communication over the peering connection fails, perform these steps to check whether the local and peer route tables have been correctly configured.
