1. How do I solve the login failure problem?

Check whether the user name or email address is correct. If you have forgotten your password, click here to retrieve your password.

If you have forgotten your account, send an email to [email protected], or call +86 400-028-9900.

2. Why do I have to select country/region when I sign up with Kingsoft Cloud?

Kingsoft Cloud provides localized purchase experience based on the selected country/region. Select the country/region where you have a valid mobile phone number or email address.

3.What can I do if I do not receive the verification code by email or phone?

Check your spam folder, because the code email might be blocked by the mail proxy server. Add [email protected] to your whitelist.

Check whether the mobile phone number is valid, the mobile service is not down, and SMS settings are correct.

If you still cannot receive the verification code, send an email to [email protected] with your registration page screenshot attached, which will help locating and solving the problem faster. Or call +86 400-028-9900 to get help.

4.Can I use a phone number registered in a different country/region than the registered country/region? No. The country/region where your phone number is registered must be consistent with that used for account registration.
