Cluster details

  1. Log in to the Kingsoft Cloud Elasticsearch Service (KES) console.
  2. Click the name of a cluster in the cluster list or choose Management > Cluster Details in the Operation column to go to the Cluster Details page. 20210513_110058.png The Cluster Details page provides the following information:
    • Basic Information: displays the basic information registered when you create the cluster. You can click Disassociate next to a public elastic IP address (EIP) to unbind the EIP from the cluster. You can also bind another EIP to the cluster.
    • Configuration Information: displays the existing node groups in the current cluster, and the model, number of nodes, computing specifications, and storage specifications of each node group. You can click Show to display the host name, host ID, and host IP address of each node in a node group.
    • Visualization: allows you to query data and display data in a visualized mode by using Kibana, and execute SQL statements to query data by using the Elasticsearch-SQL plug-in. You can access a KES cluster from the internal network and the Internet. If you want to access a KES cluster from the Internet, the cluster must be bound to an EIP. If you want to access a KES cluster from the internal network, make sure that you can connect to the virtual private cloud (VPC) of the cluster over a virtual private network (VPN). Otherwise, you cannot use Kibana or Elasticsearch-SQL.
    • Configure Security Group: If you want to access the KES cluster from the Internet or the internal network, you must add the IP address of the device that needs to access the cluster to the security group of the cluster. You can click Configure Security Group to go to the Configure Security Group page. Ports 9200 and 9300 have been added to the security group by default, which allows access to the KES cluster from a VPC. You can add IP addresses or ports to the security group based on actual needs.
